不動產學院簡介: 宏國德霖科技大學「不動產學院」包括土木工程系、室內設計系、不動產經營系、企業管理系、園藝系、建築科。舉凡建築物設計、營造技術、室內設計及裝修管理、不動產行銷、專案廣告及園藝等，均屬不動產學院的範圍 本學院有兩大方展特色，首先為「提升學生在都會建築之營造、空間設計、行銷、專案廣告及園藝的能力」；其次為「培養學生3D建築資訊模型應用的技能」。專任教師為國內外相關碩博士學位，具有專業證照，包括建築師、結構技師、土木技師、測量技師、大地技師證照，具有豐富的教學及實務經驗。本學院具有相關技術士術科考場，包括建築製圖應用技術士術科考場、測量技術士術科考場、混凝土技術士術科考場、建築物室內設計技術士術科考場，具有充足的教學空間及設備。同時，為了增強學生實務能力，透過關係企業 - 宏國建設，與不動產相關業界產學合作，包括建築師事務所、專業營造公司、代銷業者、室內設計公司等，進行密切的產學實務合作、校外實習、職場體驗、業師協同教學、不動產實務論壇等，以培育同學具有「不動產所需專業技能與實務能力的人才」，以符合未來趨勢及產業需求。 英文簡介 College of Real Estate HDUT College of Real Estate consists of the Departments of Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Real Estate Management, Enterprise Management, Horticulture, as well as Architecture. The college is aimed to provide knowledge of complete Building Life Cycle Management Courses, that include Building Life Cycle design management, Building Life Cycle Technical Management & Maintenance, and Real Estate Marketing. The College has two major professional educational features, the first is "improving students' ability to building design, construction management, spatial design, property marketing, as well as gardening in metropolitan buildings"; The Second feature is "cultivating students' skills in 3D building information modeling applications." Staff of the College of Real Estate includes both scholars and practicing professionals committed to the integration of scholarship and design research. Not only having seasoned practical experiences, our full-time faculty also have professional technician licenses, including architects, civil engineers, structural technicians and survey technicians. The College also preparing variety of related architectural technical examination rooms, including the architectural drawing application technology examination room, the measurement technology examination room, the concrete technology examination room, and the building interior design technical examination room. At the same time, in response to the development of the building life cycle management educational program, our department has professional workstation computers and related software, sufficient teaching space and equipment, and full-time faculty to foster students with building information model (BIM) expertise. We also provide a great opportunity for students to gain work experience and make connections with professionals in their field prior to graduating by offering students a variety of opportunities for off-campus internships, practical workplace visiting, as well as industry-university academicals cooperation. by cooperating with variety of outstanding architectural, interior design companies, construction companies and sales agents in Taiwan.
